    Driving directions from DFW: Take the International Pkwy South. Follow signs to 183-East. 183 will merge with I-35E south. As you approach downtown on I-35E going south, look for the tower with the dome on top (Reunion Tower). Exit at Commerce East/Reunion Boulevard, Exit number 428E. At the end of the exit ramp turn right and you will immediately see two signs to your right that will point you towards Reunion Blvd/Hyatt Regency. Follow the signs. Turn left onto Reunion Blvd and follow it to Hotel Drive. Turn left onto Hotel Drive and this will lead you to the front entrance.

    Antares - Revolving restaurant near the top of Reunion Tower. One revolution every 55 minutes offers 360° view of Dallas. New American Cuisine with Southwest and Asian influences. Lunch menu includes Shrimp Cobb Salad, Maverick Steak Sandwich, pasta, and pizza. Dinner menu includes Antelope Black Bean Chili, Lobster and Green Chili Bisque, Texas Ranch Mixed Grill, and Crab Crusted Trout. Signature dessert is the Landmark Tower – a chocolate replica of Reunion Tower. Lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch.

    Centennial Cafe - Country-style café. Décor includes posters and photographs of the Texas 1923 Centennial. Private dining area seats approximately 50 and is decorated with historical Texas State Fair memorabilia. Southwest cuisine. All-day dining. Hot breakfast buffet; soup- and-salad bar at lunch; specialty dinner buffets.

    Parrino’s Oven - Italian bistro featuring an open-air kitchen with wood-burning oven. Menu includes pizza, pasta, antipastos, and Tira Misu. Open for dinner Monday – Saturday. Casual.
